Privacy

This site is a set of static pages rendered by PHP. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, shows no advertising and asks for nothing. What follows is a plain description of the small amount of data that does exist.

What this site collects

Nothing is collected by the site itself beyond ordinary web server logs. A request for a page produces a log entry containing an IP address, a timestamp, the path requested, the HTTP status returned, the referring page where a browser sends one, and the user agent string. That is the standard record every web server keeps in order to operate, and it exists whether or not anybody looks at it.

There is no account system, no login, no comment section, no form and no upload. There is nothing on this site that asks a reader to submit information, so there is no submitted information to store, lose or hand over.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session identifier, no fingerprinting script and no tracking of any kind operated by the desk. Whatever your browser already stores from elsewhere is between you and whoever put it there.

Third-party assets

Two external services deliver assets used to render the pages. The stylesheet framework and icon font come from a public package CDN, and the typefaces come from a public font service. Because your browser fetches those files directly, those providers receive the technical details any web request carries: your IP address, the file requested, your user agent and, depending on your browser, a referring URL.

The desk has no access to those logs and no relationship with either provider beyond using their public URLs. If that matters to you, a content blocker or a privacy-focused browser will stop the requests; the pages remain readable without them, with system fonts and reduced styling.

Outbound links

Some pages link to other websites, including protocol documentation, block explorers and automation products. Following one of those links takes you to a site with its own policies and its own data practices, and this desk has no visibility into what happens there and no control over it. Links are editorial, and their presence is not an endorsement of the destination or its handling of your data.

Email

If you write to the address on the contact page, that message sits in an ordinary mailbox with an ordinary mail provider. It is used to answer you and, where the message is a correction, to fix the page. Messages are not added to any list, not used for marketing, not shared with anyone and not published. Correspondence is deleted once it has served its purpose, and there is no archive intended for later use.

Please do not send anything sensitive by email. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, exchange credentials or documents identifying a person, and note that the desk does not accept information intended to help identify who is behind an address. Material of that kind will be deleted rather than acted on.

What this site does not do

  • No analytics, heatmaps, session recording or A/B testing.
  • No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
  • No newsletter, no mailing list and no marketing email.
  • No wallet connection, and no script that reads a browser wallet.
  • No profiling of readers and no automated decision-making about anyone.
  • No sale or transfer of reader data, because none is gathered to sell.

Server logs and retention

Access logs are kept for a short operational period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated and discarded in the ordinary way. They are not used to build reader profiles, are not enriched with third-party data, and are not shared except where a hosting provider must act on a legal obligation of its own.

Your requests

Because the site holds no accounts and gathers no personal information, most data requests have nothing to act on. If you have emailed the desk and want that correspondence deleted, say so from the same address and it will be removed. Questions about this page can go to the same place.

Changes

If this site ever starts doing something it currently does not, such as adding analytics or a form, this page will be updated to say so before that change goes live rather than afterwards. There is no plan to make any such change.
